Collaborative Growth & Deep Healing

Choosing to enter therapy is a profound act of courage. It’s an invitation to look inward, to heal, and to rediscover the most authentic version of yourself. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel seen and heard as we navigate that journey together.

To help you reach deep, lasting change, I integrate several evidence-based and experiential models:

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): We work to identify and transform the emotional patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected, fostering a sense of security and "felt safety" in your relationships.

  • Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP): We focus on processing difficult emotions in the moment, leaning into your innate resilience to spark healing and positive change.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): We explore the different "parts" of your inner world with curiosity, helping you unburden old wounds and lead from a place of "Self" compassion.

  • Deepening Modalities: I incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and narrative practices to help you stay grounded, process how stress lives in your body, and rewrite the stories that no longer serve you.

It is a genuine joy and a deep privilege to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate their unique journeys. Witnessing the resilience of the human spirit—and those sacred moments of breakthrough and reconnection—is what makes this work truly inspiring.

Why I Do This Work

I am often asked what draws me to this field, and the answer is simple: it is a genuine joy and a deep privilege to do this work. Whether I am working with an individual rediscovering their voice or a couple finding their way back to one another, witnessing the resilience of the human spirit is a constant source of inspiration.

There is something incredibly sacred about the "aha" moments—the softening of a long-held defense, the first breath of true self-compassion, or the restoration of a bond that once felt broken. I don’t just see symptoms; I see a whole person with a unique story, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you author your next chapter.
